92pjr Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between the individual accessing or using the 92pjr platform ("Player", "you", "your") and 92pjr ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Terms govern all aspects of your use of the 92pjr website and its services, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gaming, and betting activities.

By completing the registration process on 92pjr, by depositing funds into your account, or by accessing any game, betting market, or feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on 92pjr and use its services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older at the time of registration. 92pjr does not permit gaming or betting by minors under any circumstances.
2. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of 92pjr is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
3. You must not be self-excluded from 92pjr or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
4. You must not have had a previous 92pjr account closed for breach of these Terms.
5. You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
6. You may hold only one (1) registered account on 92pjr. Opening multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms. 92pjr reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.

92pjr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of account activity including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay pending resolution.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pjr login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

1. Keep your password secure and not disclose it to any third party under any circumstances.
2. Notify 92pjr support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
3. Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing 92pjr from a shared or public device.
4. Accept full responsibility for all activity carried out under your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified 92pjr of a security breach prior to the activity in question.

4. Deposits & Payments

92pjr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees). Account balances are denominated and maintained in PKR.

All funds deposited into your 92pjr account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 92pjr reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close any account where a third-party payment source is identified.

Deposit processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take several hours. 92pjr is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

92pjr does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 92pjr accepts no responsibility. Currency conversion for USDT TRC20 deposits is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

5. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Withdrawals may be made to any payment method used to deposit, subject to platform limits and KYC requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is stated in the cashier section of your account and is subject to change.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 92pjr is required to verify your identity in accordance with Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. You will be required to submit:

1. A clear copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
2. Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where required by the compliance team.
3. Any additional documentation reasonably requested by 92pjr's compliance department for the purposes of identity or source-of-funds verification.

92pjr will process withdrawal requests promptly following KYC clearance. Processing times vary by payment method. 92pjr reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending verification, fraud investigation, or dispute resolution. Pending withdrawals may be returned to your account balance in such circumstances.

92pjr reserves the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

92pjr may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

1. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
2. Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3. Time limits apply to all bonuses. Uncompleted wagering requirements upon expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
4. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
5. 92pjr reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players with active bonuses at the time of withdrawal will be notified individually.
6. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, pattern betting designed to exploit low-risk wagering, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 92pjr are final once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for reviewing bet details — including stake amount, selection, and market — prior to confirmation. 92pjr will not reverse confirmed bets except where a manifest technical error on the part of the Platform has occurred.

In the event of a technical failure or interruption during a live game or live betting event, 92pjr will apply the following resolution approach: where the outcome can be determined from available records, bets will be settled accordingly; where the outcome cannot be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance.

Sports betting markets at 92pjr — including PSL cricket, T20 Internationals, ODIs, football, and other events — are subject to individual sport-specific rules available in the sportsbook section. Void and settlement rules follow established industry standards for the relevant sport.

92pjr reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict access to specific markets, or decline bets at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of matched betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of pricing errors.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92pjr and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
2. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
3. Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

5. Using the platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activity, or any purpose that violates applicable law.
6. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes raised against legitimate transactions.

Where 92pjr determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account, void all or part of the account balance or pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Responsible Gaming

1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. These take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 92pjr.

Game content provided by third-party studios including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Habanero, Jili Games, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to 92pjr for delivery on the platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pjr's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

92pjr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the platform, even if 92pjr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Platform Availability

92pjr makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access to the platform may be interrupted for the following reasons without liability to 92pjr:

1. Scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.
2. Network or infrastructure failures beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
3. Regulatory actions or legal orders requiring temporary suspension of service.
4. Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or acts of government.

In the event of a disruption during an active gaming session, 92pjr will apply its technical failure resolution policy as described in Section 7 of these Terms.

13. Amendments to Terms

92pjr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered contact details or via a notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Continued use of the 92pjr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under the jurisdiction in which 92pjr is licensed and operated.
